Reading is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Reading follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Got probably the most basic item for a pizza shop -- a plain Neapolitan cheese pizza (small, ~$10). It was OK, definitely not "the best pizza in Reading" quality. It was on the bland side -- the cheese was not salty enough, and the sauce did not make up for it. It definitely needed more seasoning. Just a better mozzarella (bit more salt/oil content) would have made a huge difference here. Maybe it's as bland as it is because their specialty pizzas add a lot, but a plain cheese pie is the most fundamental thing you can make, and if you can't do that well, it speaks volumes.

I can't give no place a perfect score because every establishment will always have room for improvement, but the service and food does come pretty damn close, I do recommend if you are near by to stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

In search of the best Meatball Sub in Reading, Pa I ordered from Mama’s on Rockland. This place has a reputation for putting out good food and quality service. So I decided to see for myself. I ordered a large meatball sub. On a toasted roll with light sauce & extra cheese. I am not a fan of their fries. I do not like the brand used. They were tasty and the cheese wasn’t watered down like others are. It’s a good fry, but not for me. As for the meatball sub, I was delighted when I was handed the bag because I felt two containers which meant my sandwich was in a container. As I said before, wrapping a meatball sub in paper/foil is such a bad thing. When I opened the container, my nose hairs began to dance as I was greeted with a scent of πŸ§„. I inhaled very deeply to take it all in. This sub was the best smelling hot sandwich I’ve ever smelled. I don’t know if they put garlic on it or if the employee had garlic in the hands before making my sub, but boy oh boy it smelled delicious. The sub was beautiful. The cheese was melted perfectly and the amount of sauce was just right. If you know me, you know that I am not a fan of red sauce on hot sandwiches because most places do the bare mini
